Our legal establishment has been debauched by people who think that those who are “structurally oppressed” should receive special benefits. As have most of our other institutions.
If applying the law would have a disproportionate effect on an “oppressed” group the law must not be applied. Even if that effect is produced by more of said group committing the crime.
Couple that with a very realistic fear of rioting and we’re on a very bad road indeed.

i.e. The Government and Justice system identify on a case by case basis how to act.
So for family voting, mask wearing, etc no action is taken against anyone in a protected group.
However if a native British citizen is even "perceived" by anyone in a protected group to be acting harmfully, the full force of the law must come down on the them.
This can't continue if a peaceful cohesive society is to exist.
Simple, family voting is used by societies where the eldest male is the head of the household and everyone does as they are told. In turn the head of the family beimg male gets his direction from his religious advisor..........hmmmm
Whilst supporting the idea of freedom to vote intimidation, as mentioned, is difficult to stop or prove. Furthermore the extent of such intimidation, etc. won’t change a government as it is insignificant in the context of 600+ MPs. But a few prosecutions would be timely to act as a deterrent!
Postal ballots are a far greater source of electoral fraud. Who knows under what circumstances the vote was cast?
