….. ( not enough space to reply in one go)….. cont.. so once we enforce SPENDING by having a digital only in country system of receiving and spending money or have it taken by government by direct debit then we can’t reach our optimum economic position.

MS=R. MONEY multiplied by SPENDING equals REVENUE.

That’s the equation required to asses the best economic outcome. And as we know from our revenue stream we pay taxes for our government tax revenue stream.

But what you probably don’t realise is that ALL taxation is based on SPENDING if one shape or form.

Yes, SPENDING by an employer on employee is the trigger for taxes. Not work, but the trigger was earlier by the business choosing to SPEND on the employee.

So income taxes, sales taxes like Vat and Duty is triggered by money moving by SPENDING MONEY.

So if our government needs more in taxation isn’t it the answer to enforce mite spending than happens now to get it? It happens by us first having money hitherto unspent to finally be SPENT to us to SPEND to create that much needed growth if tax revenues!

The result of the tsunami of SPENDING is that incomes rise! No more borrowing. It means huge tax take to get surpluses not deficits!!!!

And all from just one tax then. … vat. That’s all we need because it’s easy to take and clearly fair.

By all means earn as much as you can! I’m no communist. But unless it’s spent back how can we keep the economic cycle going? We can’t!!!

Once we get that position then we can have equal trade. Something even Trump sees as required.

buyers and sellers abroad need in house bank accounts under the same rules. Spend it if list it. So if they get our money they can spend it on us. Goods glue but not currency.

Money stays.

That’s how you avoid trade wars. By having strong economy at home regardless of what we buy abroad or sell. Our untapped production and need will gone to the fore.

To fulfil our needs for crucial infrastructure, materials and constant employment.

But only if we make money move.

Although the interview went off script it was very enlightening. Soumaya has obviously thought about the impact of trade wars. But didn’t identify how to win one.

The thought of tariffs feels me with dread. As it obviously has adverse effects on both countries. There isn’t anything positive about tariffs but I think this argument ties into my thinking on the best way to run an economy.

In my view, apart from its people, the workers and producers (they are different. All citizens contribute even non workers by them receiving and SPENDING money). the production of a nation relies on two very important factors. Without which there is no production. MONEY and SPENDING.

No economy can work without both. And no matter how much money there is unless it’s SPENT then again no economy can work.

Incidentally that’s why we have recessions and depressions or stagnation.

Because insufficient money is being SPENT or rather UNSPENT!

This one single fact, that insufficient money is being spent causes the withholding of money. And no wonder we can’t get sufficient incomes for us and our government if most of our money in circulation from coin, notes and digital isn’t being SPENT.

No amount of effort of workers will do anything if there is insufficient money being held by those who have it but don’t SPEND it.

This obvious but constantly overlooked fact is lost on those permanently deluded by the system!

The mass of people delusional from the constant mantra of “save” makes us think SPENDING our money is wrong! But although it’s counterintuitive the opposite is true. We must SPEND our money!!!!!

We can buy goods and services yes but assets too! You get it in full and fair exchange if the money given in exchange. So your money isn’t disappearing like tax. Which gives nothing in return. However, the tax we contribute should give us all our needs in return so it’s also a great investment to pay tax.

Our own investment in each others work production and SPENDING of money received back to others in the same time frame is the process by which we ensure full flow of money.

That full unfettered flow by full unhindered FREELY invested SPENDING on each other ensures full economic activity.

The GROWTH everyone talks about is exactly that. We need to GROW from our low exchange of money now to a tsunami of SPENDING by enforced SPENDING arising from the understanding money must move to fulfil its duty as a ‘token of exchange’ otherwise we are all left waiting for the flow to return. As we are waiting now.

Money isn’t to be kept! We need to buy stuff! And invest in Utd return to us again and again. To receive money we must rely on others to return it constantly to the economic pot that provides it. Otherwise we allow this undemocratic situation to affect us for evermore.

We need money flowing to give us the money we all need. NOT SPENDING it gives us nothing.

Money, that is sidelined unspent unused idle and out of reach isn’t even taxed!!!!!

There is no tax charged on money unspent. So obviously there is no incentives to spend. In fact being told to save is the exact opposite of what’s needed. No wonder we are in such a state of debts.

We allow those who hold vast sums like Banks, wealth funds and pension pits to withhold so much money that our system now pays them to keep it! Away from our grasp so those holding it can produce more and more leveraged money that needs full repayment and interest, giving up future earnings and profits.

And guess who we borrow from? Yes the very people who are allied to withhold it from us in the first place!

Now it’s not just us it’s our governments who are so short of our money that they too borrow it from these vast pots of money too!

What a deciduous state of affairs. It’s not only unfair but undemocratic.

We can’t seriously have individuals worth more than governments? Or Continents!!!!

We can’t have the majority waiting in the few minority for the return if our much needed money! Not indebted money but freely SPENT fast flowing money. Un-indebted money.

Banks are to blame. Treating our money like it’s theirs. They should just be a vehicle to facilitate flow not hinder it! It’s not theirs to enjoy! Get our economy right first….
